Yesterday I accompanied my buyers to the design center for their new home.
For those building a new home it can be a little overwhelming selecting the options and colors. The expert staff at the design center are very helpful and informative.
The design selection process took four hours and every room of the home was discussed in detail.
Starting with the floor selection.what size of tile,? which color? which grout color? Every step of the way the design consultant kept the process moving.
Tile was laid next to carpet, hardwood, granite colors were added and cabinetry and handles.
The fortunate buyers had a say in everything, what type and finish of the faucets, cabinets with drawers or doors? How high should the vanity be? Do you want a glass front door perhaps? What color facade? Which stones on the elevation?
